Lake Park
Acting as development consultants to Brierley Investments, Terra Firma Group was involved in the initial development concept and planning of Lake Park, comprising 110 ha of land jointly owned by Brierley Investments and Fletcher Challenge. The project involved reinstatement of the Mt Wellington quarry and proposed development of the site as a mixed use concept including medium density residential, a town centre, commercial business park, industrial and a large recreational area set around a feature lake.
When the joint venture partners decided to sell the site, Terra Firma Group were instrumental in negotiating the successful sale of the development to Landco Ltd.

Our consultancy expertise involves town planning assessment, development feasibility programmes, cashflow programmes, and integrated development management; a detailed assessment of projected economic factors, including marketing assumptions and realisation programme, is completed in each project appraisal.
