Terra Firma Group's financial services are managed by the Company Accountant. On behalf of our clients we provide:

Rental collection; payment to nominated accounts.
Monthly reconciliation of clients' bank accounts - income and expenses.
Monthly report to clients' preferred formats.
Administration of property operating expenses, including all payments, annual reconciliation and filing of GST returns.
Separate cheque accounts (e.g., project administration).

 

The Company has full financial accounting capability, but for most clients provides a level of reporting suitable for consolidation with their individual systems.

The Company operates a regularly upgraded and modified OPM software system with full electronic diary and multiple reporting format facilities. For security reasons, separate accounting records and backup files are maintained for individual portfolio clients.
