WHAT WE DO
Terra Firma Group's property management assignments involve a variety of property from major CBD office buildings with national and international tenants to industrial warehouse properties.
A full service property management approach, involving a high level of interaction and rapport with tenants, and regular property inspections, has resulted in particularly high tenant retention (measured on renewals at lease termination date). Rental growth well in excess of market average is achieved on most rental reviews - in almost all cases without recourse to arbitration.
EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT
The Company's volume of portfolio management (averaging in excess of 200 properties over the last 5 years) provides all clients with significant purchasing advantages for service and maintenance contracts, and most operating expenses.
The Company has also established a first rate record with insurance underwriters and due to the volume of business represented by our clients' portfolios, we regularly demonstrate our ability to obtain cost effective premiums.
Our Facilities Managers, with specific skill sets including Mechanical Engineering, focus on the day to day running of each property, allowing the Property Manager to focus on leasing, renewals and reviews.
We also retain an after-hours service and do not out-source to a third party. This ensures our clients and tenants alike, receive fast, accurate service when needed by our experienced team who know the properties and tenants well.
